By Foras Aje
Going through adolescence is hard enough without the added
burdens of excess weight, but when that becomes a problem, some
steps to help teenagers lose weight do need to be used.

without saying that you are what you eat. Now will be the time
to look into changing the diet towards a healthy and balanced

be used to eating, but let’s face it, anything worth having
is worth striving for and some times it may involve making a
sacrifice to get certain things done, so if eating ‘healthily’
is what it would take to shed the excess pounds and enjoy proper
health, then I’ll do just that if I were in your shoes.
